CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a national organization with over 950 programs across the country. It is a volunteer powered network of committed people, from all walks of life, who advocate for abused and neglected children on their journey through the youth court system. The dedicated volunteers are recruited, trained and supervised by program staff to provide a voice for these children during court proceedings.

The General Admin position requires an Associate’s degree or 1 – year experience in business administration. Other requirements include strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, good telephone and office etiquette, problem solving and critical thinking skills, very strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

The General Admin provides professional staff support to the Executive Director and will primarily focus on assisting them in their day to day operations to include, payroll, grant reporting, maintaining the schedule of the Director, assisting with monthly reporting

The General Admin reports directly to the Executive Director, who is responsible for his/her performance evaluations.

The position is a minimum of 40 hours per week. The position requires some evening and weekend work assignments.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary of $35,700.00/yearly, Medical insurance for the employee paid by company, Paid Sick and Vacation, 14 Federal Holidays off typically to follow county holiday schedule.
